Telangana Public Service Commission (TGPSC) has released TGPSC ASO / MPSO notification 2026 to fill 102 Mandal Planning and Statistical Officer or Assistant Statistical officer posts. Online applications are invited from the eligible candidates, candidates can apply through official website www.tgpsc.gov.in. Applications open from 30 October 2026 and last date is 27 November 2026. Exam will be conducted in January 2027 tentatively mentioned in notification.

As per the TGPSC ASO Recruitment 2026 notification candidates should have minimum age 18 years and upper age limit is 44 Years. Age relaxation is given for upper age limit, for SC, ST, BC, EWS candidates are relaxed for 5 years and for Physically Handicapped candidates 10 years.

TGPSC released 102 ASO / MPSO posts, Candidates must posses the education qualification as on 28/10/2026.
Eligibility
- Candidates must posses Bachelor’s Degree with Statistics as one of the main subjects. or
- Bachelor’s Degree with Mathematics / Economics / Commerce / Computer Science as one of the main subject with Statistics as a paper in one year or two years or all the three years.

TGPSC ASO 2026 Exam Pattern
Telangana Assistant Statistical Officer (ASO) or Mandal Planning and Statistical Officer (MPSO) exam will be conducted in January 2027 tentatively. The exam conducted as objective type contain two papers. Each paper conducts for 150 marks, every paper contains 150 objective type of questions each one carries 1 mark. Both paper are in English and Telugu.

How to Apply TGPSC ASO 2026 Application form
Candidates open the official website tgpsc.gov.in.
Now open the Telangana ASO / MPSO notification, read the official notification.
Online application open from 30 October 2026 to 27 November 2026.
Register OTPR and fill the required details and upload photo and signature in prescribed format.
If already registered login with User ID and Password, Apply for TGPSC ASO notification 2026.
Once all the details filled, submit your application form and pay application fee.
After successfully submitted your application form take a printout and save pdf for future reference.
